Item Condition:

• Our items are in good condition and show normal signs of use, as depicted in the photos. Please carefully review all images and feel free to request additional photos if needed.

Compatibility:

• It is the buyer's responsibility to verify compatibility. You can send us your VIN number, and we will gladly assist you in ensuring the part fits your vehicle. Please ensure the part number matches your original component.

Shipping Policies:

• You are welcome to pick up your item from our location.
• Standard ground shipping rates apply within the continental United States. For international shipping, additional rates will apply, and customs duties may be incurred, which are the buyer's responsibility.
• Orders are typically shipped via USPS or FedEx International, with costs subject to change based on the destination. Note that locations such as Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, Hawaii, and Alaska may incur additional shipping fees.
• Most small items purchased by 2:00 PM PST will ship the same day, excluding items needing special packaging. Larger items have a processing time of one business day and can only be shipped to commercial addresses via Freight Shipping. Residential deliveries may incur additional fees.
• For Freight Shipping, customers are responsible for unloading the shipment. If unloading assistance is needed, extra charges may apply.

Return Policy:

• We accept returns within 30 days of receipt for items that are non-functional or substantially different from the description. Please refrain from purchasing parts solely for diagnostic purposes.

Warranty:

• All parts come with a 90-day warranty. Each component is tested before or after removal from the vehicle.
