Alkaid is a light curing 3D printer using LCD technology. It uses a 6.08-inch 2K resolution black-and-white forming screen, which has a higher service life than the color forming screen. The 2K resolution allows Alkaid to have a printing accuracy of 0.051mm.

  Alkaid uses a 3.5-inch touch color screen, combined with humanized UI interaction, which can bring excellent use experience to users.

1.Main Features

 6.08 inch 2K black-and-white formed LCD screen: the black-and-white screen has higher light transmittance and longer service life than the color screen. 2K resolution can greatly improve the printing accuracy, and the accuracy in X / Y direction can reach 0.051mm;

 larger printing space: the forming size can reach 82mm (L) * 130mm (W) * 190mm (H);

 z-axis linear guide rail: in order to improve the printing accuracy and quality, Alkaid's z-axis adopts a high-cost linear guide rail with the characteristics of high rigidity, high load, automatic centering and absorbable assembly error, which can effectively improve the overall printing quality of the printer.

 new generation matrix light source: the light source adopts 15 high-power quartz lamp beads, combined with the matrix lens made of professional optical materials, which can make the UV irradiated on the LCD screen more uniform and higher intensity, and effectively improve the printing speed and accuracy;

 ergonomic design: the printer control panel adopts ergonomic design. The large tilt angle of the control panel allows users to operate and use the machine comfortably compared with the machines of other manufacturers;

Efficient heat dissipation system: Alkaid innovatively integrates the UV lamp beads on the aluminum substrate at the bottom of the machine, resulting in a large heat dissipation area. Combined with the heat dissipation fan, it can effectively reduce the temperature of the lamp plate and prolong the service life of the UV lamp beads;
