2005 BEN 10 Omnitrix F/X Watch Bandai.  This item is brand new; however there is some shelf wear with the packaging.  On the top left and right front corners there is some scuff marks.  Where the left and right side cardboard pieces connect to the bottom cardboard piece, there is a half inch tear in the cardboard (Pictures 6 and 7).  On the back at the very top right, the cardboard is pushed a little outward.
