J-type thermocouple to voltage module
This is a linear conversion module with cold end temperature compensation, which is processed by an internal chip to convert the input thermocouple signal into a temperature (voltage signal) output.
There are two output voltage range options available.
Module parameters
1. Working voltage: 9V~24V
2. Input: J-type thermocouple
3. Output voltage: 0.00V~5.00V/0.00V~10.00V
4. Temperature measurement range: -100 to+1000 degrees.
5. Output method: J1 pad on the circuit board: open circuit (output 0.00V~5.00V); Short circuit (output 0.00V~10.00V), default is open circuit.
6. Application scope: Remote data collection and control equipment;
7. Dimensions: (length) 26mm * (width) 23mm * (height) 10mm
8. Module interface:
24V: Power positive terminal interface (9V~24V).
G: Power ground interface.
I+: thermocouple positive electrode interface.
I -: Negative electrode interface of thermocouple.
OUT: The output interface of the signal (0.00V~5.00V/0.00V~10.00V).
G: Power ground interface.
Attention: When outputting 0.00V~10.00V, the power supply voltage should be 15V.
Output (0.00V~5.00V) Resolution: 0.00454545V/℃ (volts/degrees Celsius)
Output (0.00V~10.00V) resolution: 0.00909090V/℃ (volts/degrees Celsius)
The formula for calculating the measured temperature is: (output voltage (V)/resolution) -100 ℃=measured temperature (℃).
