What is the difference between organic and conventional flour?
In the field, our grain is grown without the mineral fertilizers of the chemical industry, natural organic fertilizers are used. Weeds are destroyed mechanically and not with chemical preparations. Protecting against pests and diseases, we use products that are tolerant to the beneficial inhabitants of the ecosystem.
Second, even before the grain is harvested, the warehouses are treated with the preparations permitted in organic farming and all measures are taken to prevent pests from entering the grain.
In the warehouse, after the grain is harvested, it is not treated with "disinsection" preparations to clean up the "pests", but measures are taken to prevent these insects and animals from having access to the tasty grain at all. When necessary, natural preparations are used, but without contact with the grain. They are stationed around him to prevent them. Because it's not just the "pests" that feed on the poison-treated grain, so do we, right?
In everything we do, we want to be an example that good solutions exist and that growing food does not have to be the most destructive human activity. And to make it tasty for us.
