C Channel 2.0 - 1/2" Leg Table Support Bracing

This C-Channel will add sturdiness and structure to your custom build and will help to protect the wood from warping, cupping and twisting. Slotted hardware/attachment holes in the center of the channel allow for natural wood movement. Laser cut out of 1/8” steel, sandblasted and powder coated in a black wrinkle texture finish. There are two typical installation methods. The first is to inlay the channel so the channel is flush with wood. The second is to attach the channel so the legs are inlayed but the channel is sitting up on the wood. Channel 2.0’s leg length is 1/2” with an overall thickness of 5/8” including leg and channel. 2.5” wide, with .3” wide x 1” long slots. Recommended for 1”+ thick projects. We recommend using a C-Channel length the leaves about 3-4” from each end of the wood, for example a a 44” slab would use a 36" channel. Designed for M6 RAMPA screws and inserts (RAMPA Pack 1) which are highly recommended for proper installation.
