►   If you do not make a note of any damage prior to the delivery truck departing your facility, making a successful claim will not be possible, and you will only be reimbursed a maximum of 25% of the value of your purchase.

FREIGHT SHIPPING

►   We will arrange freight shipping for you, unless otherwise requested.

►   We will need to know if your ship-to address is ZONED business or ZONED residential, and whether you have a dock or forklift, and if lift-gate assistance is needed.

►   Once we have found the most economical freight quote, we will send your invoice.

►   If you would like to arrange your own freight shipping, please note that you will be responsible for insuring the cargo and dealing with the freight company in the event of a damage claim.

►   We will provide the weight, dimensions, contact info, and the date the item will be available for pickup.

►   There is a palletization fee of $50 minimum up to 5% of the purchase price, unless waived by us.

►   You must provide a Bill of Lading (BOL) to us 24 hours before pickup.

PACKAGE SHIPPING

►   All orders are shipped within 1 to 3 days prioritized from the date we receive payment, not counting weekends and holidays.

►   We will ship your item using the most cost-effective method available to us unless you choose an expedited shipping option.

RETURNS

►   When returning your item, you will need to ensure that the package used is in accordance with the carrier requirements for its type and weight.

►   If it is damaged in return to us your refund will be equivalent to the determination made on the damage claim by the carrier.
