This is a grooving and parting lathe tool holder.  The model is SECO CFMR 150 08E.  It has a 1-1/2" square shank and has an overall length of 7".  The outside of the insert support has been relieved a little bit to allow 15-1/2" radius trepanning.  Comes with one used insert.
