Preparation
  • 1.Image requirements: PDF, TIF, JPG etc file formats.
  • 2.Color mode: CMYK，Set the image resolution at least 150 DPI.
  • 3.Please generate file in 1:1 scalebr> 
  • 4.Buyer must provide completed artwork/image with correct size of 33.5"x80" after purchase. 
  • 5.Don't place any important information or graphics in the top 1" and bottom 3" (these are hidden areas!!!!)
  • 6.We start printing after we receive the order and payment and the final confirmed picture files.
  • 7.Turn around time 2 business day.
Return the goods
  • 1. We accept returns of the retractable stand for a partial refund, but we do not accept printed banners per buyer file.
  • 2. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs for returns.
  • 3. Outbound shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is damaged upon receipt.
  • 4. If the item is returned not in its original new condition, a restocking fee may apply.
