You are looking at an original early-1970s medium format color negative of a Shell gas station in the East Bay. Very sharp and detailed negative that, if scanned and printed professionally, could produce larger print sizes. Reminds me a lot of Stephen Shore's work from the same time period only in medium format not large format. This negative is from a recently acquired large collection of original negatives of an unknown small-time professional photographer who was active from the early-1960s to late-1970s. Ships for free in the U.S. with USPS First-Class mail service. Will ship in a very rigid mailing envelope and furthermore all negatives and slides are placed in clear protective poly sleeves for added protection. Please note that I do about 10-20 seconds of quick adjustments with basic photo editing software to the sharpness, saturation and exposure of every slide / negative scan before listing.
Date: Early-1970s
Size: 6 x 6 cm (2.25 x 2.25 in)
Inventory Negative # 1626
