Shipping Terms Warranty and Return Feedback

Most items will be shipped within one or two business days. We are not responsible for any delay due to uncleared payment or address. Standard Shipping applies to 48 States in United States. there will be a extra surcharge if the destination is among APO/FPO, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Virgin Islands. Please contact us before bidding.

• We provide 30 days warranty on Used-Like New Hikvision Cameras and DVRs. In case product received in DOA status, please contact us within 7 days from the invoice date, we will issue you return shipping label to ship it back. After 7 days, buyer is to pay freight to ship it back. After 30 days there is no return, no exchange, no refund.
• Please consult us prior to requesting for a Return Merchandise Authorization. No returned packages will be accepted without a valid authorization
• Items should be returned within 7 days from the received date or 14 days from the order date, whichever comes first, to receive a refund.
• 15% restocking fee is applied to any non-defective returns for a refund. All returned items for a refund/credit should be in its original, "resellable" condition.
• For all items shipped with FREE SHIPPING service, the initial freight cost shipped to customer will be deducted from the total refund on top of the restocking fee.
• Buyers are responsible for the shipping cost on all repair/ replacement returns.
• Accessories and Expendables will not be covered under the warranty nor accepted for exchange or returns.
