This brooch is signed Austria, please read the partial extract from the blog by Norman Wrigley, which explains that Maryse Blanchard jewelry was made in KAUFBEUREN, West Germany but had Austria mark on it.

The last picture shows part of the above mentioned blog - that some French and German designers made their jewelry in Germany, KAUFBEUREN; however, occasionally, the country stamp was Austria or France. These were the most famous designers, such as Max Muller, and Otto Muller, Maryse Blanchard, CIS, Rudoph Weiss, etc.

This fabulous BROOCH is in excellent condition. It has a very sophisticated, rich & stunning appearance!
