All our Products have 30-days Return Policy starting from the date of purchase. Must request an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization).
All returned merchandise are to be tested and inspected according to reasons/ claims why it is being returned before any decisions will be made.
All returned merchandise must be in original factory carton, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all other accessories (i.e. screws, bass knobs, plastic coverings, protective films, etc.) Failure to meet any of these requirements will result in a higher restocking fee or denial of return request.
All DOA (Dead on Arrival)/ Defective items must be reported within 48 hours after receiving the item.
