Unit has been tested and has blinking red lights. It may be a battery issue. The battery compartment looks clean, but does have some evident damages below the bottom right spring. Uncertain of the cause. Item will be sold as is. There may be some minor wear on item including light scratches, marks, or other surface blemishes. Please view images carefully for reference.
