The measurement is taken from side seam to side seam directly under the armhole or sleeve.

Waist: 21  inches

This is the smallest part of your waist. The measurement is taken from side to side directly at the waistline.

Sleeve: 24 1/2  inches

The measurement is taken from the seam at the shoulder to the end of the sleeve.

Collar to Hem: 28  inches

This measurement is obtained from the top of the back of the collar down to the back hem.
