Elastic in the "flex waist" tabs inside the waistband seems a little stretched but still have some stretch in them. 

Pants are "NO IRON" as long as you follow the manufacturers suggestions for water and dryer temps and remove promptly when dryer stops. If not, a warm iron may be needed.
