Vintage Japanese Owl Toothpick Holder. 

Measurements: Approximately 2.25in (tall) x 1.75in (wide) x 1.75in (deep) (6cm x 4.5cm x 4.5cm)

I'm assuming it's 1970's era.

Very Good condition for its age. Minor chip internally near one ear as shown in pictures.

Looks like its had minimal use.
