Is shipping combined?
- Shipping will be combined per weight of items automatically. Overage will be refunded at delivery of the item.
What if shipping is not available to me?
When are items shipped?
- Items are shipped daily within 24 hours of payment; please pay immediately.
- Shipping closes daily Monday-Friday by 3PM PST, Saturday by 1PM PST, Closed Sundays
What if I receive an open item?
- As some items are health and beauty related there are NO guarantees that every item will be sealed in protective plastic as not all companies provide items this way.
- The item will be sold to you as I purchased it so please do not leave negative feedback about something that is out of my control.
(Example: A lipstick does not have a label attaching the lid to the stick; this does not mean it has ever been opened and I challenge you to find one packaged in that manner)
What makes your store special?
- Items sold for over $20.00 (prior to shipping) will include a surprise free gift as a thank you from me to you.
How long can I wait to pay?
- Within 24 hours; after 48 hours you will automatically be reported for an unpaid item and receive a defect.
What if I change my mind or want to return the item?
- Please message me first as I do require buyers to pay return shipping fees and charge a restocking fee.
What if I want the item but in a different color, size, etc?
- Please message me and I will attempt to help.
