  • This is what we at MCB call our "external rebuild refresh kit" for the RZR Trubo 2016-20 (does not apply to P90-X clutches)
  • The kit includes the following.....
  • - 1 MCB Billet face plate with Bronze center bushing
  • - 3 new weights of your choice 31-70, 31-72 or 31-74
  • - 1 new primary spring of your choice 50/150, 63/125, 55/155, or 63/140)
  • - 3 new plastic spider slides (Polaris calls these Slider-Drive, HD) p/n 5451564
  • - 3 new stainless moveable sheave liners that the spider drives off of (Polaris calls these Plate-Slider, HD p/n 5263528)

  • If you are uncertain of what spring and or weights to choose, simply tell us the following information and we will select the correct weights and spring
  • Year
  • Make (RZR Turbo XP-4 seater etc etc)
  • Tire Size - This one is super important - Larger tires put a lot of load on the entire drivetrain and require different calibration.
  • Riding style: We can adjust the clutch for more specific use. An example would be - High load, deep sand and mud, or snow plowing, towing where you want more low end torque. Or, high speed trail riding, or Rock Crawling, etc etc etc.
  • This kit will not fix a clutch that has a one or two way idler bearing failure, nor will it fix a clutch that has a failed moveable sheave bushing. This kit is a maintenance "keep fresh" kit to keep your clutch fresh, tight and to prolong it's overall life.
  • The billet faceplate offers a more rigid design. This stronger faceplate when bolted to the moveable sheave, keeps the sheave towers from deflecting, allowing the clutch to not bind, resulting in a smoother shift, and reducing heat and load.

Our goal is to have satisfied buyers, We will gladly exchange an item within
14 days of the purchase exchange/return specifications. The buyer MUST              
contact via ebay for return authorization and return address.

ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED PER EBAY POLICY WHICH INCLUDES:
Item(s) and packaging MUST be in the condition the buyer received them.  
Items & ALL Packaging must be in original (NEW IN BOX) unaltered condition.
ALL packaging, labels, tags, shrink wrap must be unaltered and fully intact.
Do not write on item or packaging.

We will NOT accept items or packaging that have been opened, installed, used, or
not in their complete original un-altered packaging under ANY circumstances. 
If you open the packaging it cannot be exchanged or returned.
