The commemorative coin is dedicated to the state
law enforcement body of special purpose, which
occupies a special place in the system of ensuring
national security of Ukraine.
The obverse of the coin features: on a mirror
background, the emblem of the State Security Office
of Ukraine (on the left), denomination 5 and the
graphic symbol of the hryvnia (above the emblem);
small State Coat of Arms of Ukraine, inscriptions:
UKRAINE / 2024, logo of the Mint of the National
Bank of Ukraine (below, under the emblem); on the
right, on a matte background, the motto: STATE /
PEOPLE / LAW.
On the
reverse of the coin, a stylized composition is
placed on a mirror background, symbolizing various
historical periods of the formation of Ukraine and
the defense of the state by Ukrainian soldiers,
whose bravery remains unchanged throughout the
generations. On the left of the composition is a
stylized trident; in the center is a mace with a saber,
a shield decorated with a Cossack cross, which are
symbols of power, martial brotherhood and
protection; on the right - a fragment of the camera
lens, symbolizing modern technologies in the
organization of the protection and security process.
