Welcome to my listing for an original vintage ChromCraft sales brochures or catalog from 1953. This oblong, 38-page color publication appears to be meant for furniture dealers, not consumers, and features images of the company's product line which was mainly dinette sets (informal dining tables and matching chairs) but also shows products like kiddie-size dinettes and commercial furniture like waiting-room chairs and couches. Several pages are devoted to pitching how great ChromCraft is, how their ads in popular magazines will bring customers into furniture showrooms, and similar corporate preening. The illustrations display these wonderful Mid-Century Modern dinettes' shapes and colors in a way that will make any modern fan of the style swoon. (Who knew there were so many variations!) The brochure, which measures 11.5 inches wide and 8.5 inches high, is in great condition, clean and smooth and complete, with unmarked pages and covers that are unfaded and uncreased with just a bit of scuffy edgewear. Not only is it rare, but it's unlikely you'll see another in such good condition!
