If you select either of these Canada Post services, please expect significant delays.
Since October 2025, many orders have taken up to 4 weeks or more to arrive, based on buyer feedback, and some of my own incoming purchases have experienced the same delays.
If your item has not arrived after 4 weeks, please contact me directly before opening a case with eBay. I will assist you to the best of my ability, but delivery delays caused by the strike are completely outside of my control.
TEMPORARY SOLUTION : UPS Tracked - for Faster, Reliable Shipping:
If you prefer faster and more reliable delivery, I can ship via UPS Tracked for an additional fee. UPS provides quicker transit times, full tracking, and consistent service during this disruption. If this option does not appear on a specific listing, please message me and I will add it immediately.

The item's condition is always stated in the title and in the item details. For any card priced at $3.00 CAD or more, additional photos are available upon request. Please message me if you would like to see more angles or close-ups.
Please note: Centering is not evaluated or rated.
NM (Near Mint / Pack Fresh): Looks fresh out of a booster pack. It may have very small factory imperfections, such as a tiny white dot or slightly fuzzy edge, but no visible play wear. It would typically grade 8+ if submitted.
VLP (Very Lightly Played): Shows minimal signs of handling, such as faint edge or corner wear. May include one or two very light scratches on foil. Many stores would still consider this Near Mint.
LP (Lightly Played): May show small surface, corner, or edge imperfections, with minor scratches possible. Edges may have up to five tiny whitening spots.
LP-MP (Lightly to Moderately Played): More noticeable wear on edges and corners. Whitening, scratches, or minor imperfections are visible, but the card remains collectible.
MP (Moderately Played): Obvious wear such as scratches, whitening, dents, or surface marks. The back may appear worn even if the front remains fairly clean.
HP (Heavily Played): Significant wear including whitening, creases, lifted edges or corners, or scuffs. Still usable for casual play, though creases are common at this stage.
DMG (Damaged): Major creases, bends, or ink loss. Suitable for casual play or display only.
Raw (Ungraded) Cards:
All raw cards are shipped in a penny sleeve inside a rigid toploader, with the opening taped shut for security. In many cases, I also include a perfect fit inner sleeve for extra protection.
Shipping Methods:
Orders of 7 cards or fewer totaling $30 CAD or less: Untracked lettermail.
Orders of 8 or more cards: Combined shipping available. Please use "Add to Cart" to ensure discounts apply. If there is any problem, please contact me.
Canada: Orders over $30 CAD are automatically upgraded to a bubble mailer; orders over $40 CAD receive free tracked shipping.
International: Orders over $35 CAD are upgraded to a bubble mailer; orders over $50 CAD receive free tracked shipping.
Untracked Lettermail Disclaimer:
Untracked shipping is at the buyer's risk. While I package carefully and keep proof of all completed orders being shipped, I cannot guarantee delivery or be held responsible for loss or delays with this method. If you prefer tracking, insurance, or expedited delivery, please request a quote before purchase.
Graded (Slabbed) Cards:
Graded cards are always shipped individually in a bubble mailer with tracking. Combined shipping is not available by default, but if you are purchasing three or more slabs, please message me for possible discounts and alternative shipping options.
International Buyers:
Import duties, taxes, and tariffs are the buyer's responsibility.
Authenticity Guarantee:
All cards I sell are guaranteed authentic Pokémon TCG cards - I never sell proxies, fakes, or reproductions.
Photos:
Some listings may use stock photos for reference. If you are unsure whether a photo is stock or of the exact card for sale, please send me a message.
Singles (Ungraded):
Returns are accepted within 14 days only if the condition differs from what was described.
Buyers must contact me within 7 days of expected delivery (if untracked) or confirmed delivery (if tracked). Proof photos are required.
Cards that appear altered, swapped, or inconsistent with the sold copy will be reported as fraud.
Returns must be shipped using the same method as received. If tracking was provided, tracking must also be used on the return.
Cards must be returned in their sleeve and toploader. If missing, a $1 replacement fee may be deducted.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed.
Graded Cards:
Sales of graded cards are final unless the slab arrives damaged.
Damage must be reported with photos within 7 days of delivery.
Returns must include the protective sleeve provided. Missing sleeves may reduce the refund by $1.
