Accepted Payment Methods: We accept as payment (in order of preference) Bank Deposit or Internet/Bank Transfer to our ANZ account, Australian Money Order and Paypal. Please include your eBay ID as a payment reference for bank deposit and bank transfer.
Payment Timing: Payment must be received within 7 days by one of the methods noted, unless otherwise arranged with The Seller. If you wish to delay payment in order to combine postage with other items, please let us know.
Unpaid Items: If there are any problems with payment timing please contact us ASAP, as we are flexible, but cannot help if you do not inform us of the problem. Unpaid items with no communication will be reported and filed with eBay in order to claim our ebay fees charged back.
Local Pickup: Inspection of items prior to bidding and/or free local pickup of items is available from our store in Prahran, VIC. Payment in the case of local pickup must be via bank deposit prior or cash only (NO MONEY ORDERS OR PAYPAL).
Postage Charges: Winning Buyer is to cover all prescribed P&H costs which may include actual postage charges, packaging costs, bubble mailers and handling costs. All items are packed with great care, however The Seller will not be held accountable for any packages which are damaged and/or lost during transit; Please purchase registered mail for peace of mind if this is a concern to you.
Mailing: Due to our full time work commitments, parcels are usually posted out 2 or 3 times a week via regular mail. The Seller will usually send out postal notifications to confirm posting for your convenience. If you urgently need an item by a particular date, please contact us before purchasing/bidding to ensure that we will be able to ship out your item in time. Postage & Handling charges quoted are for regular mail. Registered mail (which includes parcel delivery confirmation tracking and insurance cover) is always applied. We also offer different services to suitable your needs.
Combined Postage: Combined postage discounts are always offered where possible. To receive a combined postage discount, all items must be invoiced and paid for together. Please wait until you have finished shopping before completing checkout and then request a combined invoice from us, as eBay automatically charges full postage price on all items purchased. Combined postage will be charged as the highest full cost postal charge, with discounts on additional items posted together.
International Postage: Unless otherwise noted in the item description, International postage is not available.
Return Policy: All items are described accurately to the best of our ability, however please ask any questions you may have before placing a bid or purchasing. Furthermore, in store inspections are also available to view goods prior to bidding. As a general policy, all items are sold 'as is' and all sales are final; we are unable to offer exchange or refund on our products, subject to you statutory rights.
In the case of specific issues or circumstances, we may elect to provide a refund or exchange at our discretion. In such cases, buyer must contact Treasures of Prahran to request a Return Authorisation. Items MUST be in their original condition and include all accessories and packaging as received; if the item is used, altered or damaged in any way, any refund or exchange will be refused and the return postage costs are at the buyer's expense. Any refunds authorised will be for the original item purchase price, exclusive of postage, insurance and handling charges.
