There are 9 sealed packages that have a set of 2 in them plus 2 that are not in a package. This makes a total of 20 pieces - 10 sets of 2.

The plastic bags are marked Mislata - Valencia - Espana. Some are also marked Viola.

They appear to be made of brass.

They are 2-5/8" wide across the longest side X 1-1/2" one the 2nd side x 2-1/8" on the third side 

They are slightly under 1/8" thick. The weight of one is 0.5 ounces.

They have never been used. There are no screws or screw holes or anything more than what you see in the photos.
