By my grading scale, which only accounts for post factory flaws, so not centering, holo bleed or print lines, I believe the card to be played due to the crease pictured. By ebays grading scale i believe it to be moderately played based on how they define condition. To be safe and to protect myself from overly picky buyers, I round down. There’s never a guarantee what any card will grade regardless of actual condition, which is why some people will send their 9’s back until they get 10’s. I am not a professional grader.
