This piece came from a locale estate sale in Springfield, Massachusetts. The woman who  lived there was an artist with a full ceramic studio in her basement. Her First name was  Ruth and her last name started with an M but I can not remember the last name. All her pieces of art are signed with her initials R.M. and many of her pieces have a Native American southwest theme. Her work is beautiful and I purchased quiet a few pieces which I will be listing.  This gorgeous piece is finished in beautiful earth tones with hand painted leather, feathers and  beads. This vase would make a great southwest visual setting addition. In very good condition no chips or cracks. This piece is not signed R.M. on the bottom.  Approx. 9.5" high by 7 1/4" at widest point and 4" thick.
