Usage method:

1. After receiving the goods, check whether the machine packaging is intact and remove any abnormal situations that may occur during transportation.
2. Fix the body horizontally and firmly on a solid ground to reduce vibration and noise.
3. The machine needs to be connected to the air switch. After turning on the power, rotate the emergency stop switch to ensure normal operation of the machine and ensure that the motor direction is consistent with the arrow mark of the crusher.
4.Start the motor for a few minutes and load the material into the hopper. Equipment into the normal operation phase, should pay close attention to whether the abnormal, if abnormal must immediately stop inspection, remove the exception. After the preparation of the sample, should continue to use the machine running for a minute, and then stop cleaning equipment, remove sieve block and debris.

Note:

1.This machine has no plug and needs to be connected to the air switch for use by the customer  (we have a video of the wiring, if you can't wire it, you can contact us for a video reference).
2.When using the machine, preventive measures must be taken. During machine operation, hands, clothing, and tools should be kept away from moving parts to avoid touching them with hands and prevent harm to the human body.
3.After working for about 2 hours, let the motor rest and cool down before continuing to use it.
