The buyer is responsible for inspecting the watch to confirm correct brand/model/color and in correct working condition before wearing, sizing or removing any plastic or tags.
Terms and Conditions:
- All returns must have a return authorization number assigned by Gary's Fine Jewelry before returning the watch. Packages without RA numbers will be refused!
- All items must be returned in unworn condition with original packaging, instructions, manufacturer plastics & tags intact and un-removed. Watch must not show any signs of wear.
- Buyer must obtain RA# within 14 days of delivery date.
- Once the buyer receives RA# the item must be received back to Gary's Fine Jewelry within 7 days.
- Return credit will be issued in the same form as original payment.
- All returns will be credited less true shipping cost.
- International sales are considered special order and cannot be returned. Pre-owned watches are also non-refundable unless our description was not accurate, (It is at our sole discretion to determine the accuracy).
- Returns must be shipped via insured and traceable source. If a loss occurs before Gary's Fine Jewelry for the package, the buyer is liable. If item is damaged in shipment, buyer/shipper is liable.
PayPal is the preferred method of payment. If there is an issue making the payment please let us know. New York State Residents are subject to 8.625% sales tax.
