Nearly all the video games I
offer for sale are NTSC (National Television Systems Committee) versions. In
the rare instance a different version is for sale, it will be clearly

Please ensure that your gaming
console and television support NTSC. Kindly note that I will not be able to
offer a refund if the incorrect version is purchased inadvertently.

Returns:
Returns are accepted, subject to
certain conditions.
Many of the items I sell are brand
new, factory-sealed, out-of-production products. These items hold significantly
higher value compared to their used counterparts. To qualify for a full refund,
all items must be returned in their original, unopened condition. Refunds will
not be granted for items that have been used or if any of the factory seals or
shrink wrap have been breached or removed. Items that do not meet these
criteria will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, with a minimum restocking/relisting
fee of 30%. DOA items are exempt from this policy.
I thoroughly inspect & test
all used items I sell. I will accept a return if the item is in similar
condition to when it was sold.
The buyer
will be responsible for original and return shipping costs, except for items
that are DOA or not as advertised.
