Basic Roller/Idler Rebuild Kit for Cletrac to Oliver HG, Oliver OC-3, OC-4, OC-6 crawlers, dozers and loaders.

Comprises (enough for one roller/idler):
2 x Bronze-faced Inner Bushings $19
each
2 x Seals $9.00 each
1 x Buttonhead Oil Fitting $3.95 each
Total Basic Rebuild Kit = $59.95

Note 1: these are high wear parts. If the rollers and idlers have been well-maintained these bushings and seals may be all you need to rebuild your rollers.
However, if there's more than a little 'play' on the shafts, then your cast bushings, or worse, the shafts themselves may be worn (see oil vs. grease below).
I have more extensive Roller and Idler Rebuild Kits listed.
Check out our Bay Store (see link top right)

Note 2: the rollers and idlers on these machines should be lubricated with oil via a buttonhead fitting that threads into the outer end of the roller shaft
or into the idler hub.
You should NOT use grease. I've seen many a roller shaft and/or bushings ruined through using grease.
The only exception to that rule is JD Cornhead Grease.

Note 3: I have more extensive Roller and Idler Rebuild Kits listed on eBay, but I can also sell any of the roller and idler components separately.

I always combine shipping to save you $$$$'s. If you overpay due to eBay's checkout, I'll refund.

Send me a message and I'll post what you want on eBay at the prices shown.
