- Please send your faulty part to us, well packed and secured.
If you wish your faulty part to
be collected by our courier, please contact us so we can arrange free
collection.
(Collection is only available for UK based customers). - Make sure you have included your contact information:
full name, return address and contact number.
For international shipping, we will require an email address. - Payment can be made either before or after the repair. If you choose to
make the payment before the repair, please send us a message confirming
that you have read the listing description and understand that you are
sending your item for repair.
- Repair turnaround time is 1 - 3 days in our workshop.
