This is a fantastic lidded tureen with ladle from Fitz And Floyd. The ceramic piece is shaped like an eggplant or aubergine. The lid handle mimics the plant's vine while the ladle's handle mimics a leaf. It is a deep purple color. The set was made in Japan.
