How long until my order ships?

For domestic items will ship same or next business day. A tracking number(s) will be sent as soon as your order is processed. Some tracking numbers take 24-48 hours to become active. In addition, items ordered in the weekend will ship on the following business day.

What to bring to the store:

Your government-issued photo ID.

Your eBay order number (begins with numerical digits).

Who can pick up your order:

eBay account holder can pick up the order or a third party, however, they must eBay order number with them.

Canceling store pickup:

If you need to cancel a Store Pickup order, please call us and have your eBay order number handy.

We'll hold your items at the store for 8 days. If you don't pick up your items by then, we'll cancel the order and refund your method of payment.

A few more things to know:

There's no charge for Store Pickup.

Products may be larger than expected due to their packaging. Please keep this in mind when considering what vehicle you use to pick up your order.

Allow extra time to pick up large orders.

We offer FREE Returns made on domestic purchases within 30 days of purchase. All refund will be applied to the original payment method, please allow up to seven (2-3) business days for a refund to be posted to your credit card.

Note: For all international returns customers would be responsible for shipping cost.

In the case an item(s) is received damaged or defective by our customers, Baron USA will assume all shipping handling fees. In all other cases, the customer assumes all fees associated with shipping item(s).

Product must be in the same condition it was received, used or broken item will not be accepted.
