I am selling a 1984 GI Joe Hooded Cobra Commander 3 3/4" Version 2.  This figure is in very good to excellent condition and includes the original file card but no gun.  This Cobra Commander is a swivel-arm version, the elbows and knees are tight but the hips are very loose (needs replacement o-ring).  See the pictures.  See our other GI Joes, toys and collectibles at our eBay store, Joestoysntrains.
