This is a new bulb for a B & L Retinoscope the part number for the bulb is CMP755 it is new in the bag shipped to us back in 1986. This has been in the original box stapled to the invoice with the other ones since we ordered multiple at the time. You will only get one bulb in its original baggie. We save most of our shipping containers from our business activities and reuse them in our shipping on eBay, most of the time we get a new box for every order that comes in. We prefer to pass the boxes and bubble wrap, etc. on to a new life and hopefully you can find a use for them once again.
