Clean and in good cosmetic condition. Removed from a high profile state lab during an upgrade but we were unable to locate the power supply.
Tech notes from the laboratory showed that the unit was functional at the time of the upgrade, however we are unable to independantly test onsite without the propietary PSU.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
All items are professionally packed using appropriately protective packing materials. Our shipping team usually has orders packed and shipped within 1 (one) business day of payment, however, some items require extra time to pack safely. The care we provide is necessary to prevent damage to often sensitive equipment. Handling time will be noted in the listing. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the timing of your specific order, please contact us.
Standard shipping methods are chosen at our discretion, usually either USPS or Fedex Ground. PO Box deliveries can only be shipped via USPS. All shipments are insured at the selling price. For faster shipping services, please contact us in advance of ordering.
*Please note* We will only ship to your verified PayPal or credit card billing address. If you require shipping to an address other than your current payment address, you will need to add and verify the alternate address to your payment account prior to finalizing your order.
Tracking: Tracking information is emailed automatically at the end of the day. Packages are picked up same day.
Expedited Shipping: Expedited processing and delivery are available on most items but due to the nature of the equipment, it cannot be guaranteed. Please call to confirm any requests for expedited service.
Freight: It is strongly advised that you contact us to obtain a freight quote before purchasing items requiring freight shipping, especially if you are unfamiliar with freight deliveries. Most freight to commercial address within the lower 48 states ranges between $180-$400 depending on weight and recipient address details. The carrier is chosen at our discretion unless you arrange your own service. Regardless of service, a handling fee is required for freight preparation. Standard pallets will incur a minimum $30 charge. Additional charges for crating or over-sized palletizing will vary. International customers must arrange their own freight service.
Shipping Damages: If item arrives damaged by the carrier, please reject shipment and contact us immediately. If you do receive the package, submit clear images of the packaging/box and damaged item from multiple angles. DO NOT discard the packaging. Save packaging for carrier claim. Carrier will often come back to pick up the shipment. We cannot file a claim without the packaging and proper images. Thank you for your help and understanding.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipments are generally handled via USPS Priority or Priority Express. Declared value is accurately stated and the package is insured at the selling price. International customers are responsible for all duties & taxes. Please check with your country's requirements before purchasing.
RETURNS
If you need to return an item, feel free to either contact us directly or open a return case in eBay. We take your satisfaction seriously and are quick to respond to your needs.
Support:As we have usually spent some time working with the unit prior to listing, please consider contacting us for support help before starting a return. Many returns have been avoided with minor assistance from one of our technicians.
Returns: If the item does not meet the condition described in the listing, hassle-free returns are accepted within 30 days of item receipt. Returns authorized for any other reason may be subject to a 10-20% (detailed in specific listing) restocking fee, and shipping will not be refunded so please look carefully at the photographs and description. Specific listings will contain further details on return policy and period. If you have any questions please ask before purchasing. Any item that is returned without an RMA # will be refused.
