Octavo, 9-3/4 inches high by 6-1/2 inches wide. Hardcover, three parts bound together in green cloth titled in gilt on a label mounted on the spine. The spine label is chipped and rubbed with minor loss to the titling. Bound in are the "Vol. 2, No. 1, January, 1907" issue, with pages 1-23 illustrated with a frontispiece. Subsequently bound in are "Vol. 2, No. 2, March, 1907", with pages 129-144 illustrated with a frontispiece; and "Vol.2, No. 3, May, 1907", with pages 187-212. Very good.

An association copy from the library of Mariana Griswold Van Rensselaer with her bookplate with the printed statement "ex libris ad novi eboraci historiam pertin engibus" (from the library of books on the history of New York). She has written a few notes and marked passages in pencil in the first part of the work.

Mariana Griswold Van Rensselaer (1851-1934) was an art and architectural critic. She was an honorary member of the American Institute of Architects.
