Really cute short Floral Romper from Flying Tomato. This Romper was hard to photograph but let me try to describe it for you . This has a nice smocked elastic stretchy front with a a halter top design that ties at the neck and also across the back, the back is cut lower and is open to almost the waist in a U Shape. The leg area is in a relaxed flowy short style. This would be very cute on vacation ,at the beach or anywhere.
