International Orders

• No return or exchange for international orders. Merchandise is properly inspected upon shipment.
• International First class mails are not trackable and may take up to 21 days or more depending on customs.
• Import duties and taxes charges are not included in item price or shipping charges. These are buyer's responsibility.
• Please consult with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
• Actual sales price will be indicated on customs form.

Returns

• All claims must be made within 10 days of receipt. Merchandise received damaged should be reported to us within 24 hrs.
• Products must be returned in their original condition with tags intact (never removed), unused and unopened.
• Buyer will be responsible for all shipping & handling costs for return and exchange unless we sent you the wrong or defective items.
