HUINING Candle Type Ceramic Filter

The candle type ceramic filter is made of highly compressed ceramic with diatomic properties. The surface of the consists of millions of pores with a diameter of 0.5 microns. When contaminated dirty tap water passes through the holes in the ceramic filter, it traps dirt, debris, and contaminants before the water flows to the "clean" side of the filter.

Cleaning Recommendations

The recommended maintenance of the ceramic filter is at least once a month, or as needed according to the quality of the water. Use a scouring pad or a soft brush to scrub the surface of the ceramic dome under cool tap water to unclog the pores on the ceramic and expose a new layer for use.
