This is a crystal ice bucket from Royal Limited Crysta in Czechoslovakia. It is the RLZ2 pattern featuring a scalloped rim, a footed base and two crystal handles. 

The ice bucket measures 9 inches tall. At the base, it is 7 inches in diameter. At the mouth, it is 7-3/4 inches in diameter. Including its handles, the piece is 9-1/2 inches wide.
