Does NOT have the "eight Monstruous Compendium pages of new monsters". 

The 128-page book is in quite good condition - interior is clean other than a few faint yellowing marks to a couple of pages, minor-to-moderate wear to cover, a couple of tiny creases at the corners.
The 32-page book is also clean with minor-to-moderate wear.
The 4 maps are in very good condition - no tears or marks.

The cards are in very good condition overall - one of the cards has a couple of very faint yellowing marks (barely noticeable).
The box is very worn and has large tears and taped repairs at the corners.
