Shipping:


• We generelly ship domestic orders via US Postal and UPS. Items specific shipping information is included in the item description above and in the auction details (we reserve the rigth to switch carriers at our sole discression). All items are shipped with tracking which we will provide to you via eBay as soon as the item ships. Please note that some orders may ship individual items from multiple locations.
  
  International Customers:
  • Items shipped using eBay's Global Shipping Program typically include customs fees/import taxes in the shipping cost provided to you by eBay.
  • Items shipped by us DO NOT include import duties or taxes. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and vary by country/location. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up. These charges are not to be confused for additional shipping charges.
  • eBay’s international delivery estimates are typically unrealistic. International shipments are subject to many factors which often cause delays. If you must have an item by a specific date please contact us prior to purchase.

Post Sale Issues and Returns:


• If you have an issue with an order PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST by eBay MessagingWe will do everything possible to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.
• Opening a case or leaving negative feedback will NOT help resolve an issue.
• If you need to return an item please contact us first to get an RMA. Items returned without an RMA will be refused.
  
  All returns are subject to the following conditions:
  • You may return items for a refund or an exchange so long as it is in as-new condition with all tags and packaging in place (in the case of helmets including an unremoved sticker on the visor).
  • We DO NOT accept returns/exchanges for used, installed or worn items, items with damaged packaging, removed tags and missing instructions, etc. for any reason.
  • USED HELMETS CANNOT BE RETURNED FOR LIABILITY REASONS.
  • Please make sure to get an RMA# from us which will be valid for 14 days. Items not received within 14 days will be refused.
  • Returns must include all tags, packaging and be shipped in a sturdy shipping box. DO NOT use the manufacturer box as the shipping box. Items received that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted and will be sent back to you at your cost.
  • Unless the error is on our part the customer pays return shipping.
  • Once we receive the item(s) and make sure they adhere to the conditions above we will refund your purchase price less a 15% restocking fee.
  • Original shipping is not refundable. For items where the item is shipped "free" actual shipping costs incurred by us will be deducted in addition to the restocking fee.
