The set is new and sealed in the original box as purchased from Lego.  It has been stored in a smoke-free and temperature controlled environment since purchased.

This set will be shipped via UPS Ground.

I use shipping materials (envelopes, boxes, etc) that can be fully recycled whenever possible.

I do not accept returns unless not as described.  If there is an issue with a set I do my best to describe any concern and provide detailed pictures.  In this instance, the set box itself appears mint and is in the Lego cardboard box for protection (the exterior box was opened to verify the set was inside).  The exterior box is very sturdy but everything will be put in another box for shipping to be extra safe (dinged corners would be bummer).
