This dress has no tags but is not handmade.

This dress is made of 100% polyester chiffon fabric in white, with a 100% polyester lining.  It features a shaped v-neckline lace floral and leaf bodice with pearl and iridescent sequin embellishment, an empire waist, short lace sleeves, and a flowy unembellished skirt.  The back of the dress has illusion netting, a back zipper and hook and eye closure, three large chiffon rosettes with pearl centers, and two drapes of chiffon that are slightly longer than the dress hem.  A soft and pretty look!  The lace is more off-white than the the whiter chiffon. From the outside to the inside, there are two layers of chiffon, one of netting, and one of thick satin. This dress is not a heavy one.

This dress is truly clean, with no stains, snags, holes, tears, or odors. Ready to wear with a steaming.
