Pictures describes best. Pin has some weight  to it (18.85g) but, judging by the original price sticker of $35, stones are not valuable, such as diamonds, and may be just plastic stones. Pin is made of metal however. Corner to corner spans 1.5 inches. For comparison, a quarter weighs 5.67g. I don't know much more about it other than it is Olympic memorabilia. I have never even seen the design before, and if anyone knows more about it I will gladly add your input to my add.
