ALL MY CARDS ARE USED, whether near mint or not. And I DON'T offer plastic sleeves for each card! I ship them out in USED boosters. Because I have tens of thousands of cards, I can't afford to buy plastic card sleeves for EACH. Nor do I have any sleeves lying around either. All cards I sell are in generally decent to good used condition until I specify otherwise. But be aware that not every card has the exact same condition either.
