This is the first and presumed only printing of the first edition. Printed by R. R. Donnelley & Sons at the Lakeside Press, Chicago. With an introduction by Mr. Bahr. Dark green paper hardboard binding, with very crisp gilt-stamped lettering and design to the front board. The spine bound in brown buckram with gilt title.
10.5 x 7.75 inches. With 51 numbered pages of text on custom laid paper. With 36 plates, three of which are colored. All plates on semi-glossy stock.
