This item is a 2003 vintage Suttle telephone accessory in beige plastic--useful in phone restoration for replacement of four prong plugs with a modular terminal box and modular extension cable.   It consists of an enclosed wall mount jack for a modular RJ11 plug and mounting hardware. The assembly has Corro-shield gel covering the RJ11 contacts and of the side mounted modular RJ11 jack with a rear punch out spot for hardwired connection inside using 2-4 spade or hardwired access beneath the box and two punch out spots on the side opposite the jack to allow for surface wiring or connection to a station cord. The case snaps together and is held in place by its front screw-bolt.  It appears NOS with no cracks or damage. It has been stored and packaged smoke free.
