Payments:
We accept PayPal only. We are unable to accept
other forms of payment at this time. Payments must be made within 72
hours. We will report nonpaying bidders to eBay regardless of
excuse.
Returns:
Returns are only accepted if item is significantly not as
described. Please read the listing description and examine the
photos prior to your purchase. Returns must be made within 30 days
of delivery. Depending on the issue, the buyer may be responsible
for return shipping and item must be sent back in the original condition it was
received. We are unable to provide returns for any items shipped
through eBay’s Global Shipping Program or items shipped outside the USA
(international).
Domestic Shipping:
We ship within 24-36 hours after cleared payment, Monday
through Saturday (excluding holidays). Please use the shipping
calculator to determine shipping costs and shipping method. We
cannot make changes to delivery addresses after payment has been
made. Please make sure your shipping address is correct prior to
payment. We are not responsible for transit times once an item is in
the possession of the shipping company.
International Shipping:
Eligible items will be shipped through eBay’s Global
Shipping Program. Please use the shipping calculator to determine
shipping costs. All fees related to shipping are the responsibility
of the buyer. Please make sure your address is correct prior to
payment as this cannot be changed after. We are not responsible for
transit times once an item is in the possession of the shipping company.
Warranty and Technical Support:
All items sold as-is, without warranty. We are
unable to provide technical assistance.
Data Policy (if applicable):
Any items bearing an electronic storage device has been
wiped clean using DOD standards prior to listing or installation of an
operating system. If an item is returned, we will not be responsible
for any data left on the storage device or any other electronic storage mediums
that may have been inadvertently shipped when an item is returned.
Software Policy (if applicable):
The buyer/end user must determine if a software license can
be reused as a part of the End User License Agreement.
